Our delivery charges depend on the weight and size of item(s) you are ordering and the country the item(s) are being shipped to. We will do our best to achieve the best method and price to ship your item.

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we can get your artworks or prints to you regardless of country.
When will I receive my order?
We aim to dispatch your order asap after you have placed it usually the next day; however, please allow up to 7 days for the uk and 28 days for delivery to overseas countries especially on big releases.
How do I know when my order is dispatched?
As soon as your order has been sent out, our system will e-mail to inform you.
I have not received my item…Help?
Please contact us and we’ll get to the bottom of it and send you tracking numbers etc.
Will I be charged for customs and import fees?
All customs and import fees are payable by the recipient once the order reaches its destination country. This is out of our control.
Do you combine shipping?
Yes we can combine shipping if appropriate, ie. both items fit in one tube or in one box. If this is complicated we will get in touch and let you know.
We will strive to replace all damaged goods. Please check your goods and email us WITHIN 3 WORKING DAYS of receipt of a damaged item to be eligible for a replacement or refund. We will send a reply email containing full details of our replacement / refund procedure. You MUST keep the damaged goods together with any damaged packaging until you receive instructions on what to do with them from us.
Refunds will be given at the discretion of CollectingArtShop, please contact us via email if you are in anyway unhappy with your purchase.
In accordance with the European Distance Selling Directive, CollectingArtShop.com will supply you with a contract for each purchase you make on the site. If you are ordering within an EU country, you have the right to withdraw from the contract, within seven working days from receipt of the goods, and return the goods without having to give any reason. If you withdraw you will be reimbursed by the same method with which you paid, within thirty days.
You will be charged for the postage costs of returning the goods, but we do not add an administration or repackaging charge. Under these conditions, returned goods must reach us in 100% re-saleable condition for customers to be eligible for a refund.
